I am here to create a warm, safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space to help you to unburden your thoughts, feelings and emotions.
I am change-oriented and come from a professional background with lived experience adjusting to living in new places, which helps me understand transitions and resiliency. I am here to listen and support you, to work collaboratively and respectfully to determine your goals. I will work hard to help you create the changes you want to see in your life.
